it was very short, and in response to an email i sent him about being nervous about some stuff and he reached out. of course it was nice, but it wasnt at all stirring and it likely wont happen again for another few years. i'm glad he is okay (albeit, not entirely engaged). mostly, im just jealous that hes in california. i want!
